What is the lowest temperature at which I should feed my koi?

There is no minimum temperature at which koi should be fed; if they need food they will be active and searching for it. If you observe them doing this then feed them a small amount of a good quality winter food, such as KoiExcellence Wheatgerm. We recommend switching to KoiExcellence Wheatgerm once the temperature falls below 10°C, and feeding it as and when the fish are active and searching for food.
